Unfortunately not. We only accept exchanges for damaged or incorrect products, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

We accept returns and exchanges only if you receive a damaged or wrong product, reported within 48 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video. We do not offer refunds — approved requests are replaced or exchanged.

It is the only way we can verify a damage or wrong-item claim with the courier. Record one continuous video starting before you open the sealed package, showing the shipping label and the full unboxing.
