What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address. If you create an account we also store your saved addresses and order history.

Payments

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

How we use your data

• To process, pack and deliver your order
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates
• To answer support questions
• To send marketing emails — only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe any time

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the couriers and payment providers needed to complete your order.
